Academic and research mindset with an M.Tech in Data Science and AI from BITS Pilani; currently pursuing a part-time PhD in AI (agent to agent communication architectures). Closing

For more than 20 years I have built and scaled engineering teams from the ground up, growing an infrastructure management software org from 2 to 100 engineers and leading the shift to agentic-AI workflows across about 600, tripling productivity. Seeding teams that deliver and lead with AI-native engineering and a culture of experimentation. I bring that blend to both: an execution leader with a researcher's mindset, still hands-on in my PhD work on multi-agent systems.
